Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during the tour at a rate of $100 per inch of repair.
Drivers must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. All riders must be at least 6 years of age or older and will ride behind the driver at all times.
No participants may be under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or any other intoxicating substance prior to rental.
Drivers must take the safe boater’s test to operate the jet ski and be able to swim.
Riders will be required to get in the water, swim 40 feet to their jet ski and demonstrate they can succesfully get onto the ski from the water – similar to pulling yourself out of the water from a poolside.
Cell phone use is prohibited when speeds are above idle speed.
The guide will use discretion to return to the dock if operation is unsafe.
Single riders can be a maximum of 250 pounds. The maximum weight limit for 2 riders is 400 pounds.
