Bioluminesence is a naturaly occuring phenomina. Periodicly we may change our launch site to provide the best visable bio for our guests. We launch out of Kiwanis island park and parish park, In the event of a loction change you will be notified via phone and the messenger center at minimum of 6 hours of your scheduled departure time. (both loctions are within 20 minutes of each other) We are unable to call international numbers, if you use an international number we are only able to notify you via the messneger center, refunds will not be given for going to the wrong loction if you do not check you messege center via viator.
This event is rain or shine. As long as no thunder, Lightning, or heavy winds in the area and conditions are safe the tours will commence
In the event of severe weather we may go on a 30 minute weather hold. After 30 minutes if it is safe to go out we will start the excursion if not a refund will be provided.
