Reckless driving can result in full termination of the tour without any refund.
Minimum age for driving is 18 years, and the legal guardian of the minor must participate in the tour.
The $100 security deposit is refundable if the ATV remains undamaged and has not been involved in any flips or accidents.
Each ATV can hold maximum 2 people.
