Join us for a Bioluminescence tour through the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands. Dinoflagellate plankton are naturally glowing organisms that light up the waters of the Indian River Lagoon Estuary. By mid summer the bioluminescence begin to show and light up the waters. Watching a school of fish glowing or dolphin is quite spectacular. Peak months are July-September.

What To Expect

We will travel through the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands in search of Bioluminescence(glowing plankton) in the water. Our tour guide and Captain will guide you to the darkest areas for the best viewing.
