What To Expect
One of our fun and well-trained guides takes you through the island mangrove tunnels in search of wildlife. We typically encounter dolphins, osprey, pelicans and shorebirds, and are on the hunt for manatees during the warm water months (Mar-Oct). On the west side beach on Big Hickory Island is one of the best shelling beaches in the area… and the only way there is by watercraft!
